Ghiradelli Premium Baking Bar 100 percent Unsweete

This is the only way you are going to fine 100 percent for recipes. You melt it in a double boiler, and pour it into silicone molds, or small pans. Then put them in your freezer. So nice to have on hand. It is hard to find chips without sugar. Thanks
