Ghiradelli Premium Baking Bar 100 percent Unsweete

This is the only way you are going to fine 100 percent for recipes. You melt it in a double boiler, and pour it into silicone molds, or small pans. Then put them in your freezer. So nice to have on hand. It is hard to find chips without sugar. Thanks

Amazing for baking

I'm a home baker and this is my GO TO for some good chocolate treats!! Absolutely delicious and rich! I've tried chocolate chips and chunks and other brands, but I swear by this!
