I like to have these on hand to add to many things for an extra veg serving- tuna and chicken salad, frittata, rice dishes, soups, meatballs, bean dishes, etc. Or I'll take a small amount, add a few raisins, chopped walnuts, diced apple, pineapple or coconut if i have it, a teaspoon or so of mayonnaise or plain yogurt, a shake or two of cinnamon or apple/pumpkin pie spice, mix it all up for a one serving carrot salad. Add sunflower seeds and/or pumpkin seeds too.
