Incredible value for money

This monitor is great for gaming or just everyday tasks. Tons of screen real estate. There is no DVI connection, but it does have HDMI, Display Port and VGA. I've been using this for a few weeks now and will be getting another. Love it!

Pure out of box JOY

Excellent image quality without even adjusting anything right out of the box! It works equally well on HDMI and VGA inputs. This is not quite a total first, as I had this before - with the same model I bought 2 years earlier! Background: I have been working in IT offices and call centers for over 20 years and I had to put up with adjusting many annoyingly bad monitors to work on all day long. One day I had to work from home for a few months to take care of old Momsy. The first one of this particular model I bought in our local Walmart for my mom about 2 years ago off the shelf. I was delighted at how it just connected and everything was right. No moire patterns, no colour shifted letters. no ghost images and shadows. The colours were spot on, no need to fiddle with brightness and contrast all the time, this thing is just perfect! So I finally (2 years later!) frugal stingy me HAD to get a new monitor, because the old system died and the new one required HDMI. "DOOHHHH". So I ordered this one for store delivery. Surprise!: It was already here. So I just now picked it up, hooked it up, and am happy, happy, happy, happy ... Did I mention? I am STINGY and refuse to keep up with the high tech races, but I know what is good when I see it. This beats everything I had to put up with for the last 20 years in various offices!
