Item arrived on time, and was packaged solidly with no damages, The monitor came with Monitor Display x 1, Base x 1, User Manual x 1, Power Cord x 1, VGA Cable x 1, HDMI Cable x 1 as stated in the description. It was very quick and easy to set up and I am very impressed with colors. Measurements of screen diagonally is exactly 27". It is easy to work the menu to adjust colors and more. My only critique is that, in my opinion, the base is rather cheaply made. However, the monitor stands solidly so I guess this is not that important an issue. I highly recommend this monitor, and intend to purchase one more in near future, as I use dual monitors for gaming. On my attached photo, my new Sceptre 27" monitor is to the left.

I bought this monitor to use to work from home during the Covid19 pandemic and it surpassed my expectations. Bright vibrant screen. If I had to come up with a "con" it would be that the pedestal that the monitor attaches to seems a little weak for such a large display and if bumped, seems to rock a little. I can't really see that as a drawback for typical desk use. That would be really nitpicky though. Highly recommended.
Need different packaging.
I rated down one star because the monitor was delivered in it's own box that clearly showed what was in it. Would have been nice for Walmart or whomever to put in an additional box.
Excellent value in a monitor.
The monitor is bright and clear. It works very well with my laptop using the HDMI connection. The internal speakers give very poor sound but I didn't buy it for the speakers so that is fine. 4 stars because someone else might want the speakers to be usable. Excellent monitor for the price.
Does NOT have DVI as listed in description (2 HDMI - 1 VGA), The monitor stand is complete GARBAGE. It's like a bobble head, so if you don't have a SOLID desk/table to put it on, it will wobble with every move, stand is cheap, thin plastic and by how cheap the little stand is, it looks like it was designed to be wall-mounted. Buttons on back are cumbersome as it wobbles all around when trying to push the buttons to change the settings. It also comes with an external power supply, not a regular power cord. If I wasn't just using it for a separate monitor for CCTV Cameras, I would return it!
Bad monitor and bad customer service from Sceptre
It arrived with horizontal and vertical lines covering 1/3rd of the screen. There was no physical damage that could be felt by hand. Sceptre refused to honor the 1 year warranty saying it is damaged by the transporter.
Sometimes cheap stuff ends in the trash
Product broke after two months of use. It worked fine until I tried to make a recommended change to movie mode. Now I have strange vertical and horizontal lines on the screen. Sceptre tech support says to send it for repairs but I cannot do so from a foreign country.
