For optimal results, apply twice daily to cleansed skin. Gently pat a small amount under and around eyes. If mild irritation or redness occur, use every other day until skin adjusts and gradually build to twice daily use. Use SPF protection during the day.

I use several Peter Thomas Roth products and love them all, won't use anything else. The eye cream is new to my facial regimen so I can't say if it does what they say it does.
