Great Refurbished Laptop
The laptop looks new. Screen, keyboard and overall had no dents, cracks or scratches. Again, looks factory new. Easy to set up and transfer files from old laptop and performs great. Using as a home computer and very happy I bought refurbished instead of spending 100's more for a new laptop. It has Windows 7 which I like as hate Windows 10. Fast loading and roaming around the internet. Great value!

Disappointed
Laptop was very dirty, literally like mud on some keys. Took a few wipes and they were filthy when done. Also absolutely no instructions so had to look up from phone how to get internet set up. Should have paid another $100 or less for brand new. Still thinking of sending it back.
