O.B.E. follows the exploits of Nurse Nadia Sheridan who on a Friday the 13th with a full moon, has a near death experience while trying to revive a heart attack victim in the Emergency Room. After the incident she starts to have out of body experiences. She befriends a newspaper reporter, Johknee Louge, and together the help solve a number of crimes. During one of her out of body experiences, she becomes aware of a U.S. Government plot to stop a Chinese plan to change the world currency from U.S. to Chinese. They plan to thwart the Chinese plan by causing human genes to mutate. What can Nadia and Johknee do? What does Project Stargate have to do with it, and how does Amelia Earhart get Nadia and Johknee together?
