Beautiful color, horrible to tat with

Lizbeth tatting thread size 20 is a wonderful product to work with, but the size 10 is proving very difficult. I am a novice at tatting and that could be part of the problem. The product is impeccably made, but while working with it, it twists up into knots and is very difficult to pull through the stitches. I bought this size to try it and I'm glad I did, but I would not it to another tatter. It could be wonderful for macrame, crocheting, knitting, weaving, and for jewelry, though. The colors and sheen are very rich.

Small Quantity for the Price

The main problem, is that no place does it say how big this skein is . . .and since it's just a photo of the thread, and the price is the same as the big balls, I assumed it would be just that. This is a tiny ball of thread. The quality may be fine, it's in cellophane and I'm going to return it. it's just a small skein for the price
