70 Chevelle ls1

These tires are incredible!! I bought mine slightly used and I run them front and rear. 265 35 18 frts 295 45 18 rrs. I built my car to be driven!! and driven daily. I put 7000 miles in 7 months last season and made 3 trips to the drag strip and still haven't hit the Wear bars. Wet or dry these tires stick. unbelievable in the rain never had a performance tire work like that. I just put a t56 behind my ls1 can't wait for my chance to drive it at road America. Whether your into drag racing or road racing or auto across you need to give these tires a try you won't be disappointed.

1g Launches

After three years of peddling and relying on traction control to handle the 718 rwhp, I can finally feel the power. 315/35/20 NT05R's mounted on 20x11 Shelby CS1's. All the modifications are working now and the car will flat out fly without wheel spin. Look great and aggressive. Do not stick out past the fenders either. Love this tire.

An astonishing tire

At first I was apprehensive to purchase NT05's due to reports of quick tread wear and I was concerned how the tires would perform on rainy days. After much deliberation I purchased a set for my 09 Jeep SRT8 and I was immediately blown away by the traction and performance. My traction during accelerating, stopping, and cornering vastly improved and my 0-60 times dropped. With the OEM tires my stability/traction control light would light up often and the ride was terrible (typical of run flat tires). Once I had the NT05's installed I didn't see the stability/traction control light for months. I was able to pull more G's in turns and stop in much shorter distances. I'd even go as far as to say that these tires prevented a few potential accidents due to the extreme grip that the OEM's did not have. The water traction is like nothing I've ever felt in any other tire I've owned. It feels like a suction cup effect where you have dry-like traction and handling even trough standing water at above highway speeds. I was always confident with my NT05's in the rain! These tires exceeded my every expectation by immeasurable amounts including tire wear unfortunately. In addition to quick wearing the sticky NT05's do pick up a lot of road debris that may lead to punctures but typically get flung off. I personally experienced three screws punctures in one summer of use. Luckily the punctures did not leak so I wasn't left stranded. I also noticed that the tires make more noise as they wear but the grip always remains...
