Dosage
Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Take 1 lozenge at the onset of symptoms. Completely dissolve lozenge in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 3 hours until symptoms are gone.
Instructions
For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: take 1 lozenge at the onset of symptoms. Completely dissolve lozenge in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 2 - 3 hours, not to exceed 7 lozenges in 24 hours. Take until symptoms are gone. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise, drink plenty of fluids. Children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor before use.

Zicam is highly effective if used as recommended. I've been using Zicam products for decades now and have never been disappointed. Also, important that you drink lots of water when getting a cold or having one. Plenty of water even better when you're not ill!

Works great on my throat
Works great on my throat and stops my nose from running. Took me a bit to get over the taste……but I find drinking helps me be able to cope with how icky it tastes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Zicam lozenges are very flavorful. I also found that they didn't have any type of odd aftertaste. The cherry flavor isn't artificial either. I found it soothing and liked that they dissolved evenly. The lozenges are easy to carry with you as well.
