This warranty does not include the cost of property damage or any inconvenience due to the failure of the product. If the product fails to operate due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, the defective part will be repaired or replaced at Magma's option. Magma does not take back used grills. If a grill qualifies for the warranty, Magma will provide the parts to repair the used grill. To obtain performance under this limited warranty, contact Magma's Customer Service Department via telephone at (562) 627-0500, or via e-mail at Mail@MagmaProducts.com, or via Postal Service mail at “Magma Products, Inc., Attention Customer Service, 3940 Pixie Ave. Lakewood, CA, 90712”.
Magma reserves the sole right to determine if we will repair or replace the part/product found to be defective in “materials or workmanship within the warrant period”. Neither the distributor nor the dealer/retailer may decide if the part/product is defective. Please contact Magma prior to repairing or replacing any part or product. If the distributor or dealer/retailer decide to repair/replace the defective part or product, there is no guarantee that Magma will compensate the distributor, the dealer/retailer, or the consumer in any way.
If Magma agrees to take responsibility for the part/product “in-warranty”, the distributor will supply the part/product to the dealer/retailer or to the consumer from the distributor’s inventory. Magma will then replace the part/product to the distributor’s inventory with the shipment of the distributor’s next stocking order. This policy necessitates that the distributor stock a sufficient inventory of replacement parts to handle warranty claims as well as non-warranty repairs.
