Poor packaging has ruined a beautiful rug
The color of this rug is beautiful. It matched my Florida room perfectly, BUT it wasn't rolled around a tube or around itself. It was folded over and over and then rolled, resulting in creases all throughout the first half of a 5x7 rug. I called United Weavers customer service number and the lady told me to lay it out in my driveway in the sun, backside up. It is a good thing I live in Florida and not up north and it's still hot here. We did that for 3 days and it didn't help at all. It has been unrolled for a week now and shows no sign of the backing relaxing. I'm taking it back to Walmart.
