The two bookshelves arrived on schedule. They are HEAVY but have excellent capacities for each shelf, hence they have to be heavy. Assembly was straightforward and no parts were missing. The directions are all pictorial which is fine. One step could use a note (they are almost foolproof but I proved it wrong). There is one fixed shelf and the rest are adjustable but the fixed shelf is not in the center which is fine. The back (raw surface) has small indicators where each nail should go which is very helpful. This piece adds the structural integrity needed for the heavy capacity. So, a line of nails runs across the fixed shelf. The raw surface has the pre punched holes which align perfectly. If you put the surface on in reverse, the holes don't line up. Not a problem but requires extra attention when inserting the nails. This is minor. The are very nice shelves. Quality with the two I received was excellent.

Very good packaging; even though the box was damaged, the pieces inside the box were fine no damage. Assembly of the unit was simple and quick. What else is there to say???
