I hate it when a delivery date is provided and your order always arrives late. I'm not sure to blame Walmart or the 3rd party company. Package arrived a week and 3 days late. Tracking didnt show any updates / movement until the day the item arrived. When package arrived, the mats looked used (possibly returned and reboxed without being inspectioned / wiped down before reselling). Items appear to be cheap (poor quantity), light weight. The "custom fit" was poor (the mats were not trimmed to my liking to fit my 2016 Lexus). My car deserves better. I plan to return the mats.
