These are great for working outside or any outdoor activity in the summer time. They do have some built in sun protection. Allows you to keep the sun and bugs off of your arms, while also keeping you cool and comfortable. We buy these every year and wear them all the time. Kayaking, fishing, hiking, working outside, and even just for day trips. We also keep an extra one or two in our vehicles, just in case adventure finds us throughout the day. By grabbing a few every year, we've gotten quite a collection of different patterns and colors. Some are also reversible. The sizing is pretty accurate, but I'll add that these shirts can be clingy, especially if you have lumps and bumps (love handles or a belly) so we always do one size up. But if you want a fitted shirt get your regular size. My husband sticks to one size and I have numerous sizes depending on the days activity.
