Useless

Middle "Soft Key" would not work properly. Called Panasonic customer support, they wanted to charge a fee because the unit had been produced some sixteen months prior even though I had just bought it online from Walmart. They would wave the fee if I would Fax or mail them a copy of my receipt. p.s. - This is the second request from Walmart for me to review this product.
