Lightweight, smells great
I've been using this product for about a year now and I've found when I use it alone with no other products I get the best results. It's lightweight and doesn't weigh down your hair. I have wavy hair with a mind of its own but when I use the cream-gel I get amazing curls.

My 3c curls love this!
My 3c curls love this. My hair is on the longer side- half way to my bra band. This cream gel has great slip so I was able to get it through my hair quickly without having to use gobs and gobs of it. It defined my curls (not so frizzy). I have great second day hair as well with a little water spritzed on to freshen up. On day three I wear my hair up and add a little water if needed. I have also used this product for twist-outs and liked the results. I feel like it could be too heavy for someone with waves or type 2 curls. I'm not sure it would be thick enough on its own for type 4 curls, but does have great slip.

Love this!
I have been buying this for close to 15 years. Absolutely love it. I have 2c/3b curls, and this tames freeze, gives great hold, it is light enough that it doesn't weigh my very fine hair down. I love that I can wet it down on subsequent days without having to add more product for my hair to still hold.
