AWFUL Experience!

This is NOT about the quality of the products but about an AWFUL Experience returning them! Immediately, I tried to cancel the order by calling and emailing Walmart. However, the items were sent. The items look nice, I liked the packaging. Walmart scheduled FedEx to pick this up, FedEx didn't do so. Again, Walmart scheduled FedEx to pick this up, FedEx tracking number indicates that they delivered the items to the provider over TEN DAYS ago and I still haven't received my Refund. I just talked to Walmart Customer Service Again and was told I have to wait for 48 hours. This nightmare has lasted almost A MONTH so far. AWFUL Experience!
