I bought it as laptopbag/personal item for transatlantic travel a few years ago, but it became my favorite every day bag. Love size and compartments, am using the laptop sleeve for laptop or if not needed, to keep a cardigan or shirt flat and smooth. Love the sleeve to slip on suitcase handles. When I dont need that function I use it to hold a scarf. My phone fits in the zippeered pouch outside, other valuables in zipper pocket inside. Material is sturdy but light, handles perfect, I switched long strap to carry it more comfortably as cross body. 2 comments for improvement: The flat open pockets inside are too small. If they could be a bit larger they could hold sun glasses, hair brush, small pouches. As they are, they are of little use. The 3 pouches on the outside are an awkward shape. What are they meant for? I only use them for dog poop bags or tissues. The zippered pouch on a slim end has come in handy, but is a bit too small for a water bottle. Can you make that a tad larger (but still zippered, when not needed?
