BIG PROBLEMS

This was certified Dell Refurbished and their QA is AWFUL. First the keys on which you type were not in the proper order! there was no QWERTY order. Instead someone named ALEX put his name in order for the upper left side of the keyboard. To move the keys is very expensive. Second, it crashed immediately on set up, I had to pay a computer guy $50 extra to try to get it so a normal person could use it. So far, we have only used it a week, so I don't know what other problems will arise! I wanted a Dell, so I chose this refurbished one, I would have been better off buying a NO NAME new one. At least the keys would work and it could be operated straight out of the box, without extra expense.
