This seems to be a very good deal.

Nothing did I dislike. The unit actually looked new. The first scuffs I noticed were on the front after I turned the unit on its face. I suspect I caused them. No trouble with install; my software was easy to install. I already had a wireless adapter which caused me to download the latest firmware. I am happy so far.

Functions Like New

As someone who has a Masters Degree in Computer Science, I always have been apprehensive to purchase a refurbished computer, and so, I waited nearly three months to provide this unbiased review to make sure the machine was durable and reliable. I am extremely happy with my refurbished computer and will continue to buy refurbished computers because they are just as good as new computers. They were restored, hence, made new again. For the money, you get a much better deal buying a refurbished computer that will function just like a new computer. I am no longer apprehensive.

So far so good..

So far so good! Product was well packaged and arrived sooner than the promised date. Came with way more than original memory. Plus keyboard, mouse, power cord, and even a USB wireless adapter. Used my own monitor. Windows 10 pre-installed, activated with a code on the side of the machine. Machine looks in great shape. Came with good instructions, but hardly needed them. Started right up. So far, computer, wireless working fine. Haven't tested printer yet. Quibbles-- wish I had gotten Windows 10 Pro because Home version doesn't have Bitlocker to encrypt the drive (If you are going to have a password anyway, might as well encrypt the drive so if the machine is stolen, your data is safe.) Not a big deal, since using it at home. Biggest pain now is buying Microsoft Office. For Pete's sake, I just want to word process and do a few excels, using the same formats everyone else in the world uses. I don't wan't to complicate my life with Office 365 cloud based annual fee nonsense. Office 2016 from Microsoft costs more than the computer. Cheap versions all seem to be mostly illegal, dubious as to whether they will work and risk malware.
