Perfect Grab and Go Lunch

I bought a 6 pack these right before a cross country road trip. They are the perfect quick lunch ( I just added boiling water) and make the perfect travel food, especially for those who must avoid Gluten, Dairy and MSG like me. The flavour in the broth is really lovely, authentic with all the spices coming through. The brown rice noodles hold up nicely in the broth and stay el dente. I loved that these are made with real, clean ingredients too, not easy to find in portable packaged food. I will definitely be purchasing these on a regular basis

Yummy!!!!

I was curious at first, how could a Vietnamese PHO combine with creamy coconut? So, I decided to give this product a chance, and O.M.G it's tastyyyy *watering mouth*. Just added some basil, green onion or whatever your favorite vegetables, and you will have a very quick meal but delicious
