Sturdy, no wobble, impressed!
Made by Thule, so good quality. Installed on small RV, easily clears rear mounted spare and ladder. Clears steep driveways and has no wobble while driving (used locking hitch pin). Holds a lot of extra gear using a cargo bag and folds up when not in use. Box was quite damaged when item arrived and rack had several minor scratches which I was able to cover with black spray paint. Had some difficulty attaching basket to hitch rail shank - required force to fit pieces together, but otherwise an easy assembly.
