There are so many reasons to love this book! The small size that can fit in my purse, a beautiful cover and colorful pages inside, plus a Scripture Index to help me find specified passages easily. It is, however, the content that pleased me most. There are 28 weeks of inspiring thoughts, suggested Bible scripture for each day, and a prayer prompt to help me in my devotion time. Best of all, at the beginning of each of the 28 weeks, there is a two-page prayer map, with space available for me to write my prayer needs for the week ahead. I can list the people that I need to pray for, my concerns, and other things that are bearing on my heart. These prayer maps will guide my prayers each day and the dated entries will allow me to look back to see just how God has been working in my life! In the introduction to The Prayer Map Devotional, author Donna K. Maltese mentions her desire to help people achieve the prayer life that they desire and I believe that she has succeeded.
