A great deal on the tires. Save me a lot.

I arrived early and they went ahead and started installing the tires. I did have a problem afterwards with my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). The tested all my sensors in my tires. They replaced 2 of the sensors and cleared the problem. The techs were very professional. I have not driven the tires on wet roads to see how the tires perform. The ride has been very well on dry roads.

The service was horrible. I had an appointment at 7am and received a call canceling at 7:05 saying the tech wouldn't be there.I asked if I could get a later appointment which was give but that my installation fee would have to be refunded and I would have to pay that for the next appointment. This was very inconvenient and as of today after calling to speak to the manager, I've gotten no response or a refund of what ive paid in advance. As of now I will never use the automotive dept. and will have nothing good to say further.

The tires are pretty good the have noticeable molding marks from production. I have about 200 miles on them now and they work ok for being the cheapest option. The main problem is the auto department service. They are unreasonable and unwilling to do the job.
