I am very happy with my PowerStep Pulse Performance insoles. I am a personal trainer and therefore spend many hours on my feet. I struggle with lower back pain after standing on my feet for about 2 hours. But since I began wearing the PowerStep Pulse insoles, my lower back pain is significantly reduced. My lower back still gets tight, but it's after 4 or so hours rather than pan after 2 hours.

I am so happy I got these insoles ! They make a big difference in comfort sleeping at night. My legs don't ache and cause restlessness at night.
