10 inch Full Size Mattress, Gel Memory Foam Mattress Bed in a Box for Pressure Relief,Blue

CAUTION YOU'LL LOSE YOUR MONEY - We purchased the exact brand and model mattress in an XL Twin size for our guest bedroom. Everyone loved it so much we decided to get the same mattress in Queen size for the main bedroom. A QN mattress arrived but even though it was the same brand and part number it was NOTHING like the XL Twin we liked so much.. I contacted Walmart to return the mattress only to find out that the mattress had come from a 3rd party manufacturer which only allowed returns within 7days……which was different from the 90-days printed on the website. The manufacturer would not allow us to return the mattress. Since we needed a mattress I was forced to buy another one. Though the brand and model was exactly the same as the previous two, this one came from a totally different 3rd party manufacturer and again was very different in quality from the first two we had received. Though it was supposed to be a full foam mattress it was soo hard it hurts to even sit in it! I contacted Walmart and initiated a return. The 3rd party manufacturer gave me an approval for the return BUT the 3rd party manufacturer notified me that the mattress must be in the original packaging for the manufacturer to accept the return. The mattress arrived shrink wrapped/vacuum sealed!!!! So unless we can figure out a way to vacuum seal and shrink wrap a queen size mattress I will be stuck paying for another mattress that can not be used and will have to pay for its disposal . We've now spent $1300 on mattresses and another $300 for disposal of those mattresses. And still have no bed to sleep in and no support from Walmart because they used 3rd party manufacturers which they require us to deal with directly. DON'T RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY!!! There's no way to guarantee what you will receive and the Walmart return policy offers no assurances since Walmart defers to the 3rd party manufacturer's policy.
