Very Good!

This extract is very good and flavorful. I made pancake syrup with it and my husband loved it. Another plus is it has no chemicals to preserve it. I'm going to use this in a fruitcake as well. Great product!!

Good flavor but overpriced

Not the best value, overpriced even though the taste is good it doesn't justify the cost. I purchased because it does not have chemical additives . I wanted rum flavor for my mocktail but did not want any buzz; I'm okay with the alcohol in extracts so it works. It was not as concentrated as I expected.. It has a hint of a vanilla which was odd but in a way it gave it a smoothness. I make my own Tahitian bourbon vanilla and it reminded me of the Tahitian vanilla. I'd buy it again if the price is better.
