    Saltwater set up

    Great deal on a awesome combo. Have it set up for saltwater use with 100 pound braid, and it should be able to handle those bigger fish we miss with spinning gear. Rod is sturdy, and has a good strong backbone. Would definitely recommend for a catfish rig all the way up to larger hard fighting groupers and AJ's. Ambassadors are also easy to maintain and clean, so the salt will not eat these up. For a low buck alternative, when we only fish saltwater two to three times a year, this is a great option for that.
