It is the hope of the author, that this book will help to improve the efficiency of the leadership structure of the universal Church; as it strives to meet its goal of winning souls for Christ, in reference to the Great Commission and preparing great soldiers for Christ Jesus. It is an undeniable fact that the church to some extent is in crisis. We have a crisis of faith as well as crisis of spiritual depth. Over and above these, the church is confronted with crisis of Christian leadership. This book "Leading the Church to eternity" is a product of three different academic research works, which were undertook with the sole aim of coming out with materials that will be of benefit to all the people God has called into his mission on earth. It is expected that all those (both ordained and lay) who will read this book will become acquainted with what is required of every leader of the Church, to make the body of Christ relevant on earth as well as preparing the people under their CARE for eternity. It is also expected that by reading this book one's knowledge about the importance of leadership and delegation will be enhanced.
