This is an amazing item...buy one and use it if you have a sore neck, arm or back. You place the nobs on pressure points and it stops the spasms that are causing your neck and back pain!!! There are many nobs and they all work together to get at every pain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Freaking awesome

This thing is awesome!!! It's easy to use and really works to massage those hard to reach places by yourself. Highly recommend. The pamphlet that come with it shows easy to follow diagrams to make using the theracane easy and effective. Wish I had this years ago
