Inaccurate measurements

Purchased this rug for my galley kitchen. Dimension we're off by 3 inches from the online listing. Would not fit. Tried to exchange, but could not be certain their measurements were accurate. Customer service said it was ""slightly"" off. 1/2"" is slightly off! They refunded my $ told me to donate to charity as it's not worth the shipping cost! Out gassing is horrible!
