Oh my gosh, this ball of foot inserts are amazing! I put them in over the arch support orthotic, and the numbness from Morton's Neuroma is completely alleviated. I purchased these as a stopgap while my custom orthotics are being adjusted. I think I like these better than my custom orthotics because they are soft, and my feet don't slip within my shoes. There are no guiding lines to cut them, so I had to cut one little by little. I will definitely buy them again.
