The product's quality is equal to the price: The backing to expose the adhesion is easy to remove. The 1/4" pad is a bit shy and the adhesive only adheres for a couple of hours. As soon as my foot begins to perspire, the pad begins to shift. At this time, on my budget, it provides the support I need, sometimes with the assistance of an elastic (Ace) bandage.
