I bought this product couple of days back. The packing box itself was crushed. When i took out the pans, I realized that it was crushed and not in condition to use. Even spoons were full of scratches and looked like they were used. I am very disappointed with this product. Instead of driving back 20 miles to return it, I had to trash it. All in all, it was a bad experience.
