Worth a Change

Saw these and liked the pattern so I bought a pack to try. Nicer to use than metal pans. They dont weigh much and you can toss them when youre done. This is a perk for anyone on dishes. While they arent metal they still seem pretty solid and hefty enough to hold things well.

Same reliable quality as last time

Perfect for my family's holiday baking and distribution. Have been using these for years and by now all my fruitcake and quick bread recipes are adapted to them. Nothing ever sticks to the siliconized inside. They cope with heavy fruitcake batter (800-950 g per mold) without bulging and the rims are easily labeled using a sharpie marker.
