    Caution: Extremely Sharp....

    Extremely Sharp?....Yes they are....straight out of the package, these "Farberware" Professional Chop House Steak Knife 4 pack Set" are perfect for cutting steaks to poultry and vegetables. They are made of high carbon stainless steel blades for strength and durability. Also the handles are riveted to a make for comfortable knife for balance and control while cutting. These are a true "steak knife".. Big 4 and 1/2 inch blade with big handle able to cut thru a nice "3 inch" medium rare tenderloin like it's butter...Farberware has made some high quality cutlery for professionals for over 100 years. Top notch customer service with warranted knives to be free of defects or workmanship and will be repaired or replace at no charge, being of the same item. (sounds good to me) and with all good knives, hand wash soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry immediately. These Farberware knives are worth the effort, and built to last.

    GREAT Knife with a great feel

    I recently started using these Farberware Professional 4 piece chop house steak knife set, and one of the first things I noticed is how much I like the handles. They are not "skinny" like my old ones, which were hard to hold firmly and cut a steak, for instance. However, with this set, it is much easier to get a better grip with the wider handle and therefore have more control when cutting your food, and definitely more comfortable for cutting meat. I've owned several Farberware kitchen products in the best, mainly pots and other cooking utensils, but I don't think I've had ay steak knives by them before. I wondered if the blades would be sharp -- I have elderly parents who have to have a LOT of help cutting their food, and ideally with a sharp blade, they could cut it themselves. The first time I used these, I realized the blades are great and as sharp as I had hoped, so they should not be a problem for the parents. Now that I'm convinced it's worth the investment, I'm looking forward to getting a set of at least 8.

    Farberware 4 Piece Chop House Steak Knife Set

    Farberware 4 piece chop house steak knives are incredible well made. Each steak knife is very large the handle is made of plastic and is dark black in color.There are two round silver circles on each knife. The feel of each handle is like smooth sand,soft but there is a grip to it. The handle is curved so it is extremely comfortable in the hand when you grip it tightly. The blade itself is shiny with a almost mirror like surface.The tip is very pointy and sharp.It is There are lots of groves that will make cutting your meat very smooth and easy. It is perfect for cutting meat and poultry. Made from high-carbon,stainless steal blades for strength and durability.It has full tang,riveted handle for balance and control. Ergonomically designed handle for comfort with cutting . I love my Farberware professional 4 piece chop house steak knives. They cut well and I trust the Farberware brand they have been around for 100 years . I recommend these knives.
