As I read Slow Growth Equals Strong Roots by Mary Marantz, I dared to utter the words, I am at last exhausted and tired of always being “on”. I'm tired of running. It's as if she could see inside my life and know what I've been thinking and feeling for oh so long. Her beautiful, inspiring, powerful, must-read words came into my life in God's perfect timing. I absolutely loved it! Slow Growth spoke to the weary places in my soul and made me realize I have unknowingly been giving fear the final say.
