Fine, shortcomings on manual processor speed info

Overall good machine, except that descriptive sales info before purchase stated that processor was 2.8Ghz, rather than the actual 2.5Ghz. Also arrival package had no user manual with it, which is standard when you buy a computer.

Defective computer that was not fixed 3 times!

Beware if this is from Joy Systems. I purchased one in July of 2018 and had to return it three times in 3 months. Each time the “plugged in not charging” notification came on and they never fixed it. Now less than one year I get a message the internal fan has failed and it is NOT covered by the Walmart plan I purchased. 59.00 down the drain. Did you know that you cannot fix the fans on all types of computers? So now I get to spend more money to see if I can fix it. Thank a lot for NOTHING.
