I’m confused!

1. I specifically purchased this item, because it says it is “Linen” (see description above). I was looking at the tag and it says it is 90% polyester 10% spandex. If it is poly/spandex, why would it say “dry clean only”? 2. You also see that it says it is three quarter length sleeves. It is short sleeved. It looks like it’s linen, but now I don’t know what I have even purchased.
