Disappointed

This is my 3rd attempt at a review bc it thinks I'm using offensive language when I'm not. Anyhow, I wanted this tool for a long time, thinking it'd be easier to use, bc it's much more heavy duty than my usual digging tool. Much to my surprise, I couldn't even get it to cut through the grass. Was the grass too wet, soil too hard, too early, too whatever, I wondered. So I got my old tool that I've had for 3 years and never sharpened and went right to work. I don't understand. Maybe I'll take a file and try to sharpen it, but right now I have too much to do at the beginning of spring to try and figure out what to do with this thing to get it to work better than a soup spoon! Yes, I'm disappointed.
