The Saint: The Complete Series (DVD), Timeless Media, Drama

The Saint is a classic old Brit TV series set in London (for the most part). Roger Moore plays the part of Simon Templar convincingly. The cold opens of each episode feature a short introl and the iconic halo indicating he is "The Saint". The rest of the show is real as any other spy/detective show . There are no gimmicks or special tools as many shows of the 60's relied on. These are all full, original TIMELESS series now distributed by SHOUT Factory. The DVD quality is remastered %26 superb. As with any shows, some will hold your interest more than others. Classic by definition means dated at some level. The show ended when Moore was picked up as 007 for a Bond movie. There are a lot of unauthentic copies everywhere of this still popular show. Try and get it "shipped and sold by Walmart" or GRUV (NBC/Universal) via Walmart. Enjoy!
