Tactical Cleaning System

As much cleaning gear as I already have, this compact kit encourages me to clean my arms, frequently while still on the range. I saw the Otis kit advertised on Spike TV's "Don't be a Victim" series, and thought it looked interesting. Walmart's price was at least $15 lower than local retailers for the same SKU. My first impression upon opening the kit was the high quality of each of the items in the kit. Very little is made of plastic; all the jags and brushes are made of brass/bronze. Everything is made in the USA. The kit is small enough that I can always have it with me in my range bag. It's important to read the directions. The cleaning process is quite a bit different than with a more traditional cleaning kit, but the results are impressive, and it is a very quick process. I can probably get a better clean spending a significant amount of time with a traditional kit, but for the time spent on a cleaning with this kit, the result is great. I was a bit disappointed that the kit didn't include the toothbrush attachment or other things you'd need to clean more than the bore, but the product description is clear that the "brass scraper" kit is separate.
