Nice looking sheer valance for livingroom window

I have a 45 inch window in my living room and since this valance is only 55inches wide, I bought two so I would have some ruffles in the look when I was finished hanging it up. The package says it is faux silk and it is, but not to the point where it looks really shiny and see through, it is sheer but the fabric has more body to it than just silk. I washed it on cold and dried it on tumble-dry for about 10 minutes and it came out great, no ironing needed! I have blinds already in the window so this valance covered up the top of the blinds completely ( the hardware to hang the blinds is now hidden )! The quality is good and the price inexpensive so for me this was a Great buy!
