For starters, the case was cracked & appear to be there before it was shipped: the CD from DEEP DISCOUNT also skipped in some places. I have purchased almost all of Susan Boyle's CD's and almost always enjoy listening to her voice but the Choices on the songs in this CD was so DARK and so depressing. It seemed like one song after another and the way her handlers made her sing "unchained melody" was awful. In her all her CDs, they make her shorten instead of elongate and extend the singing time for the verses. It's a shame because she has such a powerful and exceptionally wide range in her voice. Susan can carry really high notes effortlessly while most professional singers can't. She doesn't need to have back up singers and loud instrumentation to cover up lack of strength and range of notes like many others. Susan should go back to singing like she normally did BEFORE she had to live with a new voice coach from morning till midnight UNDOING her natural way of singing. It would be fantastic if she could sing the songs differently in her other CDS with the God given talent that she has. Most of the songs in her latest CD "It's a Wonderful World"was a lot more UPLIFTING & Susan sounded truly happy.
