Constructed of durable pressboard material, the dividers' preprinted tabs account for Insurance, Tax & Assessment Receipts, Mortgage, Title Papers, Attorney's Opinion, Appraisal, Credit Reports and Application details to simplify subdividing your files. Front divider features a form for the mortgage applicant's information as well as a document inventory grid with a document add/removal checklist and a separate grid for additional remarks. When paired with Smead Pressboard Mortgage Folders, the dividers can be held in place with the folders' K-style fasteners, which can also be used to bind together all of the folders' contained documents.
