Nice light weight vest at a low cost

I am wearing this vest indoors so I can reduce the temperature and save on heating costs. Also I plan to wear it for golf along with another vest and or a windbreaker. The sleeveless vest does not restrict movement like a jacket would, and as the day warms up I can remove layers.
