I live in S. FL where hot weather and generally high humidity is the norm for most of the months of the year. Only when it is cold enough to wear slacks, do I regular socks to work. But I do wear flats or pumps as regular nylons are also rather uncomfortable in our typical climate.
These no show socks, or footies, as I like to refer to them are wonderful. I had tried wearing low cut regular socks with tennis shoes and they were more visible than I was comfortable with. And I also had tried just going without socks of any kind in my flats or pumps but again, with the weather we have, there tends to get a funky odor in my shoes that I have to contend with sprays or whatever else. Aggravating too I might add.
There are several things I love about these particular socks compared with other brands. First they stay on my feet when I walk and don't bunch up in my shoe like some others I have tried. They are nice and light weight, and they are partially spandex which has almost a massaging and energizing effect on my feet during the day. My feet feel better wearing these as I stand most of the day and I do notice a difference at the end of the day. And I don't need any other sprays for any problems with my shoes. I do like these very much, would recommend.
