Each liquid gel cap contains 200 mg of the NSAID ibuprofen, a pain relief medicine that works fast to help stop pain where it starts. Intended for people seeking pain relief from minor aches and pains. Adults and children aged 12 and older, take one capsule every 4-6 hours while symptoms persist; if pain or fever does not respond to one capsule, two capsules may be used. Do not exceed 6 caplets in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Do not use ibuprofen at 20 weeks or later in pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery. I just took the gel form 2 20p mg a few hrs ago and received so much better relief!! my pain is much more relieved and I will buy nothing else from now on. These wirk very well, and perhaps I don't absorb caplets easily and it's just me as well.
