I had refused to buy barbies for my girl and I have kept that rule until this girl stepped on the market. Her hair is more afro textured than ANY doll I have ever owned and that makes me SO happy. She rocks her puffs just like by girl rocks her puffs and I felt totally safe buying this doll that totally represents her world. Huge thumbs up to the design team that are putting the work in to design barbie dolls that represent real people. So honoring...Now I just need a doll with afro-textured locs! I will buy a dozen!!

I bought this doll for my granddaughter. She was happy to see a doll with hair and features like hers. I am happy that Mattel is finally creating toys that are more representative of the diversity that is in our world. (Was hoping that there would have been some Black Panther Dolls available too).
